full circle mentorship
Circle mentoring between a Maiden, a Mother & a Matriarch.
A way to (re)connect to ourselves.
A way to (re)build our community of women.
A way to (re)connect to ourselves.
A way to (re)build our community of women.
If only women were in charge everywhere. It's clear though - that if women ran the world, it would look a lot different than it does today. We can only visualize that is where we are heading - a matriarchal society where equality & equity is embedded into every social structure everywhere. There would be No Such Thing as food insecurity & homelessness, and everyone would be represented.
program focusFoster long-term connection & community between women in all three phases of life – Maiden/Mother/Matriarch. It’s a return to the hearth, the kitchen table & a new version of mentoring the whole self.
• Create real, authentic, in-person connection between three women in which each can find comfort in, learn from and support each other in each phase of life's changes & transitions. • Support intergenerational learning – a cross teaching of skills & information that benefit all women, and that is being lost in today’s fast paced technology centered, disconnected, disparate world. |
program elementsAn ongoing circle mentoring program for groups of 3 women.
•Circle mentoring – all participants teach each other and serve as both mentor and mentee – there is no hierarchy, only learning & supporting each other at each phase of life in a circle format. •Weekly connection between all three women, either in person or through technology– phone, email, text, zoom, skype, etc. – 15- 30 min/week. •Monthly community building for each circle of three women – with self-guided meetings - questions to help discover, dig deep and get to know ourselves & each other – 2-4 hours/month. •Follow up with Women Hold the Key for feedback and program improvement questions – in the form of on-line surveys & phone conversations. |
